This is an auto-nav block. It tell the system to link to all the pages in this folder, i.e. the other available languages. To see the other pages in this folder go to DASHBOARD > SITEMAP and open the CURRICULUM folder. That is where you can update the other languages.

To add a new open/close divided section just add a new EXPANDER block by clicking on ADD > EXPANDER. Then you will be able to give it a title and insert the text content into the new block. Remember to set if it is OPEN or CLOSED by default.
